Welcome to SuperCycle. This Privacy Policy explains how Osborn Technologies, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of the SuperCycle mobile application (the "App"). Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us. The App is designed to be a private, on-device experience. The core principle of the App is that your personal ride data is stored locally on your device and is not collected or transmitted to us.

2. What Information We Collect and Why

We collect very little information about you. The information we handle can be broken down into these categories:

a. Ride and Activity Data (Stored on Your Device)

The primary function of the App is to record and analyze data about your bicycle rides. This data is created and stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to it unless you explicitly share it with us (for example, for customer support). This data includes:

• Location Data: The App uses your device's GPS to record location data (latitude & longitude) during a ride, even when the App is in the background. This is essential for mapping your route, speed, distance, and elevation.
• Sensor Data: The App can connect to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices like heart rate monitors, and power/cadence meters. Data from these sensors (e.g., heart rate, power, cadence) is recorded and stored with your ride data on your device.
• Activity Data: The App may use your device's motion sensors to classify physical activity (e.g., biking, walking).

This data does not leave your device unless you choose to export it (e.g., as a GPX file).

b. Anonymized Usage Analytics (Collected by a Third Party)

To help us improve the App, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable information about how users interact with the App. This helps us understand which features are most popular, identify areas for improvement, and diagnose crashes. The information collected includes:

• Aggregated usage data, such as session duration, screens viewed, and feature usage.
• Device type, operating system, and country-level location.
• Crash reports and performance data.

This information is processed in a way that does not identify you personally. Our legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the App.

c. Third-Party Advertisers

We do not serve advertisements within the SuperCycle app. Consequently, we do not share any data with advertisers, and no data is collected from you for advertising purposes through the App.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.

You have the option to share your ride data by exporting it from the App. When you choose to share your data, you are responsible for it. Please consider your own privacy and safety, and the privacy of others, before sharing your information.

Anonymized and aggregated analytics data is processed by Google Analytics according to their privacy policy. This data may be transferred and stored internationally.

4. Data Retention and Your Control

Your ride and activity data is stored on your device for a maximum of two years. Data older than two years will be automatically deleted. You have full control to view, manage, and delete your data from within the App at any time.

Anonymized analytics data is retained according to the policies of Google Analytics.

5. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & International Users)

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data under laws like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These rights include:

• Right to Access, Rectify, and Erase: Because your personal ride data is stored on your device, you can directly access, manage, and delete it at any time.
• Right to Object to Processing: You can object to the collection of anonymized analytics data. We are working to provide an in-app option for this. In the meantime, please contact us if you have concerns.
• Right to Data Portability: You can export your ride data from the App at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and may provide a more prominent notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
